Mark J. Binder, CFP®
Having spent over 16 years providing financial guidance while employed by a national financial services firm, Mark gained extensive experience providing solutions to people from all walks of life and with a wide variety of financial concerns. Mark made the decision to form Binder Financial Planning after coming to a clear understanding that an independent Fee-Only financial planning practice would allow him to best serve the needs and goals of his clients.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of Oglethorpe University’s Financial Planner Program. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who has met the rigorous certification requirements in the areas of education, examination, ethics and experience. He earned the right to use the CFP® marks of distinction from the CFP Board of Standards in 2002. He has also passed the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination.
Mark, his wife, and two children reside in Cumming, GA.
